These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anvil mobile application ("App") operated by Stronger Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Anvil is a lifestyle optimization tool that helps users track daily habits, scan food and products, and receive a research-backed Optimization Score and testosterone estimate based on modifiable lifestyle factors.

Anvil is not a medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Testosterone estimates provided by the App are educational estimates based on published research and user-reported lifestyle data — they are not clinical measurements and should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses.

2. Health Disclaimer

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions. The information provided by Anvil is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Testosterone estimates are based on lifestyle factors and published studies, not clinical blood tests
• The Optimization Score reflects modifiable lifestyle behaviors only — it does not account for genetics, medications, or medical conditions unless explicitly disclosed
• AI-generated scan results (food analysis, body composition, product assessments) are estimates and may not be perfectly accurate
• Bloodwork calibration improves estimate accuracy but does not constitute medical analysis of your lab results
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from this App

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Anvil. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of Anvil, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email/password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Anvil offers auto-renewable subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Price changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance of any price increase and must agree to it before renewal
• Free trial: If offered, the free trial period grants full access to the App. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Anvil. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access
• Upload malicious content, false health data, or misleading information
• Use the App to provide medical advice to others
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App by automated means

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its scoring algorithms, design, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Stronger Software LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Study citations and research references within the App are attributed to their respective authors and publishers. Anvil's use of published research is for educational reference purposes.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all data you input into the App (lifestyle entries, scan images, chat messages, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the App's features, including transmitting scan images and chat messages to our AI processing service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile > Delete Account). This will permanently delete all your data from our servers.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the App in a manner that could harm other users or our infrastructure. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Testosterone estimates or Optimization Scores will be accurate for every individual
• AI-powered scan results will be error-free
• The App will meet your specific health or fitness goals

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRONGER SOFTWARE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Health decisions made based on information from the App
• Inaccurate testosterone estimates, scores, or scan results
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or downtime

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stronger Software LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
